on 05 Jun 2023 Jim Breeds said It's not the Waverley which has two funnels. I suspect (but not 100% sure) that this is The Seagull, registered in Rye. The 121 feet paddle steamer Seagull was operated by the Hastings Steamboat Company from Hastings Pier between 1891 and 1895.
