on 07 Mar 2018 Lee Tasker said This particular vehicle with registration DY5132 was sold to a Mr Watts in October 1946. However a similar vehicle DY5124 did become a static office in Queens Road in December 1947. This was replaced by a motor bus KR8393 in January 1953 which, in turn, was replaced by a single decker trolleybus similar to DY5132 and DY5124, namely DY5458 in May 1953. This vehicle remained in use as a booking office until July 1972 when it was, after being towed to Silverhill bus depot, rescued for preservation.
